He is primarily responsible for the overall strategy, business development, operation and management of our Group. Mr. Huo started the business of our Group in April 2015 and has served as the chairman of the board and the general manager at Guizhou BaishanCloud since October 2015 and September 2018, respectively.

Prior to founding our Group, Mr. Huo served as a senior vice president from March 2005 to April 2015 at ChinaCache International Holdings Limited. From September 1996 to July 2002, he served as a lecturer at Shandong Jianzhu University, focusing on teaching and research.

Mr. Huo obtained a bachelor’s degree in computer science education from Shandong Normal University in the PRC in July 1996 and an MBA degree from University of Science and Technology Beijing in the PRC in March 2005.

He is primarily responsible for the overall overseas business development of our Group. Mr. Sha joined our Group in April 2015 and has served as a director at Guizhou BaishanCloud since then.

Prior to joining our Group, from September 2012 to June 2014, Mr. Sha served as the chief financial officer at Beijing Huafang Technology Co., Ltd. (previously known as Beijing 6 rooms Technology Co., Ltd.). Prior to that, Mr. Sha served as the chief financial officer at China Auto Rental Inc. from January 2012 to May 2012. He also served as the financial controller from July 2005 to December 2008, and as the vice president and chief financial officer from December 2008 to August 2011 at ChinaCache International Holdings Limited.

Mr. Sha obtained a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in economics from Nankai University in the PRC in July 1993 and June 1996, respectively. Mr. Sha holds the qualification of Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

He is primarily responsible for the overall business development and operation of the Group. Mr. Dai joined our Group in April 2015 and has served as a director at Guizhou BaishanCloud since then. Mr. Dai also served as the general manager at Guizhou BaishanCloud from April 2015 to September 2018, as the deputy manager at Guizhou BaishanCloud since September 2018 and as a director at EDGENEXT LEGEND DYNASTY PTE. LTD. since October 2024.

Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Dai worked at ChinaCache International Holdings Limited from July 2008 to September 2014.

Mr. Dai obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Northeastern University in the PRC in July 1997.

He is primarily responsible for the overall overseas product construction and research and development management of our Group. Mr. Wang joined our Group in September 2015 and has served as our executive Director and senior vice president since December 2023.

Prior to joining our Group, Mr. Wang served as the general manager of Beijing ChangXunTong Network Technology Co., Ltd. from December 2012 to August 2015. From August 2007 to November 2011, he served as a product director at Shanghai Wangsu Science and Technology Co., Ltd.

Mr. Wang graduated from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a major in information engineering in the PRC in July 2004.

He is primarily responsible for the overall technology research and development of our Group. Mr. Tong joined our Group in May 2016 and has served as our chief technology officer since then. He has also served as the deputy general manager at Guizhou BaishanCloud since September 2018.

Prior to joining our Group, from November 1999 to May 2016, Mr. Tong served as the general manager of R&D center at SINA Corporation.

Mr. Tong took his undergraduate studies in information management at North China University of Technology in the PRC in July 1999, and obtained an MBA degree from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University in the PRC in July 2015.

He is primarily responsible for the overall financial management, legal affairs, strategic investments and investor relations of our Group. Dr. Zhang joined our Group in June 2021 and has served as our chief financial officer since then.

Prior to joining our Group, Dr. Zhang served as an executive director of investment banking division at ABCI Capital Limited from September 2018 to May 2021. Prior to that, he served as the general manager of investment department at China Resources SZITIC Investment Co., Ltd. from June 2017 to September 2018. He served as a vice president of investment banking department at Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited from November 2009 to October 2016.

Dr. Zhang obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in the PRC in June 2006 and a master’s degree in science from University of Edinburgh in the United Kingdom in December 2008. In June 2025, Dr. Zhang obtained a doctorate degree in economics from Tsinghua University in the PRC.
