The cell phone number you submitted is used to accept the verification code when you register, log in, bind your account and retrieve the password. As one of the designated contact information between you and BaishanCloud, it is used to accept relevant business notices (such as new product launch, service change, etc.). We will verify your identity by sending SMS verification code. This information belongs to your "account information".

1.1.2 Contact Information Management. After you register the BaishanCloud account, you can continue to fill in your information in the "Basic Information" column of the account, including: (1) your unit name, business duration, enterprise scale, industry, main business, major products, website domain name; (2) contact information (country, region, street, telephone). In addition, after you register the BaishanCloud account, you need to submit the contact information in the account management console, including the email address, cell phone number and position of the contact person designated by you. You shall ensure that the contact information above, provided by you, is accurate, efficient, and legitimate. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of a specific technical service.

1.2 To provide you with technical services

1.2.1 When using specific technical services, to comply with requirements such as the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China regarding online real-name authentication, you must proactively provide or authorize us to collect enterprise and/or corresponding personal information to complete real-name verification. You must also maintain authorization for us to use this information throughout your use of BaishanCloud services.. If you provide real identity information through your BaishanCloud account, BaishanCloud provides you with a variety of ways to assist you to provide information. You should choose the appropriate way according to your identity attributes:

1.2.1.1 If you provide your real information through personal account authentication, you must submit your identity information (name, ID number, bank account information) to BaishanCloud. And we may engage qualified third-party agencies to verify the authenticity of the identity information you have submitted.

1.2.1.2 If you authenticate your identity through corporate account, you need to submit your enterprise registration area, enterprise nature, legal representative information of the enterprise, enterprise name and business license registration number, as well as bank account information (including bank of deposit, bank account number and account holder) to baishanCloud. BaishanCloud will verify your real name information based on the enterprise registration area, legal representative information of the enterprise, enterprise name and business license registration number. BaishanCloud may also make payments according to the bank account information you provide (including bank of deposit, bank account number and account holder) , to complete your real-name authentication.

1.2.1.3 If you use the service of BaishanCloud by manual registration, you should complete your identity information in the online agreement or paper contract signed with BaishanCloud, and BaishanCloud will review the information you have filled in manually and may engage qualified third-party agencies to verify the authenticity of the identity information you have submitted.

If you refuse to provide us with any of the aforementioned identity verification information, we will be unable to complete the  real-name verification and consequently unable to provide you with the corresponding technical services.

1.2.2 We may collect the following information during your use of the services:

1.2.2.1 Equipment Information. We will receive and record the device related information about the equipment you use (such as equipment type, operating system version, equipment settings and other software and hardware characteristics information), and the information about the location of the equipment (such as IP address, and WiFi access point that can provide relevant information, bluetooth, base station and other information) according to the specific permissions you granted in the software installation and use. We may associate the first two types of information so that we can provide consistent services for you on different equipment.

1.2.2.2 Log Information. When you use the services provided by our website, we will automatically collect your detailed use of our services and save them as the relevant web log. Including the content of your search query, IP address, type of browser, telecom carrier, language used, date and time of access, and web page history that you visited, etc.

1.2.2.3 Account Support Information. Consultation records generated in the process of your using the services provided by us, such as the work order records generated in case of major failure (including the communication or telephone records in the process of troubleshooting, debugging and other consultation), we will record and analyze this information to make it more responsive to your requests for help, and to improve our services.

1.2.2.3 When we provide business functions or specific services to you, we will collect, use, store, provide and protect your user information in accordance with of this Policy and the agreement of the relevant product and services; If we collect your user information beyond this Policy and the agreement of the relevant product and service, we will separately explain to you the scope and purpose of information collection, and collect your information necessary for the provision of relevant services after obtaining your consent. If you choose not to provide the foregoing information, it will affect your use of the corresponding products, but it will not affect your use of the basic functions of website of BaishanCloud and other products.

The aforementioned situations may necessitate the gathering of your sensitive personal information, including your identity documents and address details, payment information (bank card number, payment information) and billing information, which is gathered in order to comply with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations for network real name authentication, verification of your user identity, as well as to provide you with advice or technical support, invoice/billing and so on.

Unless the applicable law or regulation requires otherwise, we may, depending on the circumstances, inform you of the need to process sensitive personal information and the implications for you by providing you with a Consent for the Collection and Use of Personal Information or other reasonable means, and obtaining your express consent.

1.3 1.3 Registering, linking, or enabling password-free login for your Shanghai Yundun and Baishan Intelligent Computing Platform accounts

1.3.1 Synchronized account registration. When you register an account on the BaishanCloud website (hereinafter referred to as “this platform”) and select “Agree to register/link Shanghai Yundun and Baishan Intelligent Computing Platform accounts” or a similar option, to automatically register accounts for you on Shanghai Yundun (website: yundun.com, hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Yundun”) and Baishan Intelligent Computing (website: ai.baishan.com, hereinafter referred to as “Baishan Intelligent Computing”) (collectively referred to as “Associated Platforms” in this policy). We will collect the account name, login password, and mobile number/email address you submit during registration on this platform. The account name and login password you submit will serve as the initial login credentials for your Associated Platform accounts, ensuring you can use the same information to log in to the Associated Platforms. The mobile number/email address will be used to verify the validity of your identity, safeguarding the security of your account registration.

1.3.2 Existing Account Linking. If you already possess an account on an Associated Platform prior to registering on this platform, to enable automatic linking between your account on this platform and your existing Associated Platform account, we will collect the mobile number/email address you submit during registration on this platform after you select “Agree to Register/Link Shanghai Yundun, Baishan Intelligent Computing Platform Accounts” or a similar option. and use this core identity identifier to verify the consistency of your ownership across linked platform accounts, ensuring only accounts under your name are linked. During the linking process, we will not collect historical usage data or other sensitive information from your Associated Platforms’ accounts.

1.3.3 Password-Free Login. To enable password-free login to Associated Platforms via this platform and ensure the security and smooth operation of this service, when you initiate a password-free login operation, we will collect your current login status information on this platform (such as login validity and duration), device identifier information (such as device model, operating system version, and unique device identifier), and login environment identifier (such as IP address location). The current login status information is used to confirm your normal login status on this platform. Device identifiers and login environment identifiers are used to verify the consistency of the operating device and environment to prevent account impersonation risks. The collected information is exclusively used for identity verification and security risk control during the password-free login process. Device identifier information will be stored in encrypted form, and IP addresses will only record the location without retaining the full address.

1.3.4 Information Usage Restrictions. The personal information collected above is solely used to complete the registration or linking of your associated platform accounts and to ensure you can access Associated Platform services via password-free login through this platform. We will not use it for any purposes beyond those specified in these terms.

2. How Do We Use Your Personal Information

2.1 In order to provide you with better, convenient and safe services, we will use the information submitted by you and collected by us for the following purposes according to the premise of complying with relevant laws and regulations:

2.1.1 Provide basic services and normal business contacts. In order to provide services to you, we will send you information, notices or conduct business communication with you, including but not limited to the verification code necessary to ensure the completion of services and push notices necessary to use services.

2.1.2 Improve security. In order to improve the security of services provided by us, our Affiliates and partners, ensure the security of the operating environment and identify the abnormal status of the account, protect the personal and property security of you or other users or the public from infringement, and better prevent the security risks of phishing sites, fraud, network vulnerability, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion, etc., and accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or relevant agreements and rules of BaishanCloud, we may use your member information, integrate equipment information, relevant network logs and information legally shared by our Affiliates and partners to judge your account and transaction risks, conduct identity authentication, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary record, audit, analysis and disposal measures according to law.

2.1.3 Improve service and Marketing Promotion. In order to maintain and improve the service and provide you with information display that is more in line with your needs, we may display and push information and possible commercial advertisements to you, including but not limited to product news about BaishanCloud, marketing activities and promotional information, promotion information of third-party partners of BaishanCloud, or other content that you may be interested in. If you do not want to receive the commercial electronic messages sent to you by us, you can reply to unsubscribe via SMS prompt or unsubscribe according to the unsubscribe method provided in the message.

2.1.4 Design, develop and promote new products. We may design, develop and promote new products and services based on user information statistics; We maintain statistics on our service usage and may share such statistics with the public or third parties, but such statistics do not contain any identification information about you.

2.2 If we go beyond the stated purpose for which we collect the user information, or use the user information beyond the scope of which it is directly or reasonably relevant, we will inform you again and obtain your express consent.

3. How Do We Store Your Personal Information

3.1 Storage Location： In order to provide services to you, we will store your personal information that generated or collected within the territory of the People's Republic of Chinaon the servers of BaishanCloud in mainland China.

3.2 Storage Period: In general, we will retain your information only for as long as we provide you with our services, and no longer than the time necessary to satisfy the relevant use purpose. However, we may need to retain all or part of your information for a longer period of time only for the purposes related to the following circumstances:

3.2.1 Comply with the applicable laws and regulations and other relevant provisions;

3.2.2 Comply with the requirements of court judgments, orders or other legal procedures;

3.2.3 Comply with the requirements of the relevant government authorities or other competent authorities;

3.2.4 We have reason to believe that laws and regulations and other relevant provisions need to be observed;

3.2.5 For the purpose of implementing the relevant service agreement or this Policy, safeguarding the public interest, handling complaints / disputes, and protecting the personal and property safety or legitimate rights and interests of our users, us or our Affiliates, other users or employees.

3.3 Generally, upon your revocation of authorization or account cancellation, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it, except where laws, regulations, or this Policy stipulate or agree otherwise regarding the continued retention of personal information. For example, to comply with the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China requiring retention of relevant network logs for no less than six months, and to safeguard our right to collect service fees, we will retain your registration information for a period of six (6) months following your successful account cancellation. This retention period is mandated by the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China and other relevant laws and regulations. Your registration information includes your username, mobile phone number, email address, and account details (account name, account ID, password, and secret key).

4. How Do We Share, Transfer And Publicly Disclose Your User Information

4.1 Sharing We will not share your user information with other organizations and individuals, except in the following cases:

4.1.1 Sharing with express consent: After obtaining your express consent, we will share your user information with other parties;

4.1.2 Sharing under legal circumstances: We may share your user information with others according to laws and regulations, litigation, arbitration, or according to the requirements of administrative and judicial authorities;

4.1.3 Sharing for fulfilling the relevant agreements (including agreements and platform rules) and other legal documents you have signed with us;

4.1.4 Sharing with the authorized partners as necessary to provide services: We may entrust the trusted partners (suppliers, service providers and other partners) to provide service, so we may share with partners some of your user information to guarantee the seamless provision of services., including providing basic technical service and consultation, analysis, and other professional services. We will only share your user information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific and clear purposes, and will only share the user information necessary for the provision of the service. Our partners are not entitled to use the shared personal information for any other purpose.

4.1.5 To the extent required or permitted by law, to protect the interests, property, or safety of you, BaishanCloud, BaishanCloud users, or the public from harm, it may be necessary to provide your personal information to third parties;

4.1.6 Personal information you have voluntarily disclosed or that we can obtain from other legitimate public sources.

For the companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share information, we will sign strict data processing agreements, confidentiality agreements, etc., requiring them to deal with your personal information in accordance with our instructions, this Policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures.

4.2 Transfer We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization or individual, except in the following cases:

4.2.1 Transfer with express consent: After obtaining your express consent, we will transfer your personal information with other parties;

4.2.2 Transfer in the case of merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation: In the case of merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation between BaishanCloud and other legal entities, or other situations involving merger, acquisition or bankruptcy liquidation, if it involves the transfer of user information, we will inform you of the recipient's name and contact information, and we will require new companies and organizations that hold your personal information to continue to be subject to this Policy, otherwise we will require the company, organization or individual to ask you for authorization consent again.

4.3.2 In order to protect the personal and property safety of users of BaishanCloud and its Affiliates or the public from infringement, we may disclose your personal information in accordance with applicable laws or relevant agreements and rules of BaishanCloud.

4.4 Exceptions for obtaining prior authorization consent when sharing, transferring or publicly disclosing information

In the following circumstances, there is no need to obtain your prior authorization consent when sharing, transfer and public disclosure of your personal information:

4.4.1 Related to the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party;;

4.4.2 Related to the performance of statutory duties or legal obligations;

4.4.3 Related to address sudden public safety or health incidents, matters of significant public interest, or to protect the life, health, and property safety of natural persons in emergency situations;

4.4.4 Processing personal information within reasonable limits for public interest activities such as news reporting and public oversight

4.4.5 Processing personal information voluntarily disclosed by the data subject or otherwise lawfully made public;

6.1.2 We will take all reasonably practicable measures to avoid the collection of extraneous user data. Unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, we will only retain your personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purpose stated in the Policy. After the retention period, we will immediately delete or anonymize your personal information.

6.1.3 Although we have implemented reasonable and effective security measures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, we cannot guarantee 100% information security due to technical limitations and potential malicious activities. Please be aware and understand that the systems and communication networks we provide may experience issues caused by factors beyond our control. Therefore, in order to fully protect your information security, we strongly recommend that you use complex passwords, change your password regularly, refuse to disclose your account number, password and SMS verification code to others, and take care to protect the security of your information when using such tools.. 6.2.1 We have obtained Trusted Cloud Service Authentication, Information Security Management System Certificate ISO27001, Quality Management System Certificate ISO9001, Information Technology Service Management System Certificate ISO20000, Privacy Information Management System Certificate ISO27701, Social Security-Business Continuity Management System Certificate ISO22301, Information Security of Cloud Services Management System Certificate ISO27017, Information Security of Personally Identifiable Information Management System Certificate ISO27018, Compliance Management Systems Certificate ISO37301, etc. for information security management activities related to CDN and other technical services, and have completed the filing of the security level protection of the information system of the Ministry of Public Security, with full security capabilities.

6.3 Response to security incidents

6.3.1 Please understand that due to technical limitations and possible malicious means, in the Internet environment, even if we try our best to strengthen security measures, it is not always possible to guarantee the 100% security of data. You need to understand that the systems and communication networks that you use to access our services may have problems due to factors beyond our control. If you notice that your personal information has been compromised, in particular your account number, password and SMS verification code, please contact us immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

6.3.2 In the event of an information security event (leakage, loss, etc.), we will timely inform you in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations: the basic situation and possible impact of the security event, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, the suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, the remedial measures for you, etc. We will timely inform you of the relevant situation of the event by email, letter, phone, push notice, etc. If it is difficult to inform you one by one, we will take a reasonable and effective way to release the announcement. You may copy your personal information yourself after completing the information request using the methods listed above. Additionally, you may reach out to us using the contact details listed in this policy, and we will be able to help you acquire your account and device data that remains within the confines of White Mountain Cloud’s website.

8.2 Correction or Update Your Personal Information 

You should ensure that all personal information submitted is accurate and complete. We will make every effort to maintain the accuracy and completeness of your personal information and update it promptly based on the information you provide to us. When you find that there are errors or changes in your personal information processed by us, you have the right to correct or update your personal information. You may contact us to correct or update your personal information.

8.3 Deletion of Your Personal Information 

You may request us to delete user information under the following cases:

8.3.1 If we collect and use your user information in violation of laws and regulations;

8.3.2 If we deal with your personal information in violation of this Policy;

8.3.3 If you no longer use our products or services, or if you cancel your account;

8.3.4 If we collect and use your user information without your express consent.

You can contact us to delete the basic business data (basic information) and contact data submitted when using the service of BaishanCloud. After you provide a valid way to prove your identity, we will process your request.

After we assist you in deleting relevant information due to applicable law and technical security constraints, we may not be able to immediately remove the corresponding information from backup systems. We will securely store your personal information and restrict any further processing until the backups can be purged or anonymized.

8.4 Change the scope of consent or withdraw your consent You have the right to change or withdraw your authorized consent at any time. When you withdraw or change the scope of your consent, we will no longer process your personal information or only process the information within the scope of your express consent, provided that your decision to withdraw or change your consent will not affect the personal information processing activities previously carried out based on your authorization. You may contact us to withdraw or change your consent. 8.6 Cancellation of your account You can apply for the cancellation of your account by the following means:

8.6.1 You can submit an account cancellation application through "Console - Account Management - Settings - Cancellation Account" on the "Cancellation Account" page of website of BaishanCloud;

8.6.2 You can contact the customer service or call the customer service hotline to assist you in applying for cancellation of your account;

After the cancellation of the account, we will stop providing services to you and delete your personal information upon your request, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

8.6.3 Please note that your personal information will be either deleted or anonymized upon account cancellation, unless its continued retention is required or agreed upon by law, regulations, or our policy. For example,to comply with the Cybersecurity Law's mandate of retaining relevant web logs for not less than six months and to protect our right to charge service fees, we will retain your registration information, which includes your username, mobile phone number, email address, account name, ID, password, and key, for a period of six months following successful account cancellation.

8.6.4 In the event that there are any outstanding orders or services associated with your account, as well as delinquent or unpaid payments, or any other obligations that have yet to be fulfilled in accordance with legal requirements, you shall only be permitted to initiate the cancellation of your account once the appropriate payments have been made or the corresponding obligations have been properly fulfilled. This notification serves as a reminder that all obligations associated with your account must be fully resolved prior to the finalization of any account cancellation requests in compliance with legal and regulatory protocols.
